Discuss Radio ad – we have a gentleman, Jonathan Munnier, who owns a recording studio that is going to help us with studio time to professionally record an ad and will also help us with getting the ad placed with local radio stations. Once we have prices on packages we will make contact with Bart to see about getting funds to make the radio ad happen.

Continue to contact radio stations to locate the best deal for the best price

Find someone with an appealing voice to record the ad
-
Continue to work with Jonathan Munnier to get the ad recorded and ran

-
Discuss Newspaper Ad – I have reached out to the Regional Advertising Director of the Princeton Daily Clarion to see about placing a political ad in their paper. I am working on creating an ad to be placed that will be graphical in design so as to quickly and easily catch the eye of the reader.

Newspaper ad will be run after the radio ad has run its course

Discuss Park in Patoka – I have received a message from concerned citizens about the conditions of the park in Patoka. I have gone to the park and taken photos of the conditions of the park and found it to be in disrepair. The citizens of the city of Patoka have stated they have gone to the city board and the board has told them they only appropriate for potholes. This issue needs to be dealt with as the park is unsafe.
-
The plan of action is to meet with the town council and offer to volunteer one weekend day a month to care for the park. We will pick up trash, mow grass, weed eat, etc.
